What are your vaccination requirements?

Vaccines must have been administered by a licensed Veterinary Clinic. We do not accept pets with vaccinations that are self-administered or those administered by third-parties who are not veterinarians (e.g: rescue organizations).

If you have any questions or concerns about vaccines, we advise you to consult your veterinarian to make the best decision for you and your pet.

• Bordetella vaccination must be administered at least 7 days prior to the beginning of your pet's stay and not more than 6 months prior

• Rabies vaccination must be up to date according to your veterinarian's Policy

• DHLPP (distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, and parvovirus) vaccination must be up to date according to your veterinarian's Policy

• CIV (Canine Influenza Virus) - first shot required to begin services, second Booster required to continue service

Do you allow puppies?

We do allow puppies, but they must be at least 4 months old to stay overnight.
