What are your vaccination requirements?
Vaccines must have been administered by a licensed Veterinary Clinic. We do not accept pets with vaccinations that are self-administered or those administered by third-parties who are not veterinarians (e.g: rescue organizations).
If you have any questions or concerns about vaccines, we advise you to consult your veterinarian to make the best decision for you and your pet.
Bordetella vaccination must be administered at least 7 days prior to the beginning of your pet's stay and not more than 6 months prior
Rabies vaccination must be up to date according to your veterinarian's Policy
DHLPP (distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, and parvovirus) vaccination must be up to date according to your veterinarian's Policy
CIV (Canine Influenza Virus) - first shot required to begin services, second Booster required to continue service
Do you allow puppies?
We do allow puppies, but they must be at least 4 months old to stay overnight.
Do Guests have to be spayed/neutered?
All guests over the age of 7 months must be spayed/neutered.
